WESTERN PA SERVICE AREA AND ZONE MAP

  These Service Terms apply to services requested from Cart and Camper Solutions, LLC through its websites, online forms, estimates, and work orders. Website use alone does not authorize repairs or create a service obligation unless services are separately requested and accepted. 

WORK AUTHORIZATION AND SERVICE DISCLOSURE

(d/b/a PA Golf Cart World and NomadicRVTech)

AUTHORIZATION
Customer authorizes Service Provider and its personnel to inspect, diagnose, repair, move, charge, operate, road-test, and deliver the RV, RV system, Golf Cart, or related equipment as reasonably necessary to perform authorized services. Customer represents that they own the unit or are authorized to approve service.

WARRANTY
Estimates are valid for 10 calendar days. Labor/workmanship is warranted for 30 days from completion. Diagnostic findings are warranted for 5 days; if Customer performs the repair, this warranty applies only when properly specified OEM parts are used and properly installed. Parts warranties are controlled by the applicable manufacturer or supplier. Manufacturer parts warranty coverage does not extend Service Provider labor, travel, service-call, diagnostic, freight, programming, or installation charges after the applicable Service Provider warranty period unless expressly stated in writing.

CUSTOMER PROPERTY / INSURANCE
Service Provider maintains commercial general liability insurance for its covered operations; however, this policy is not Garagekeepers/Garage Keeper's coverage and does not provide blanket physical-damage coverage for a Customer's RV, Golf Cart, equipment, or personal property while in Service Provider's care, custody, or control. Customer remains responsible for maintaining appropriate property, comprehensive, collision, RV, golf-cart, or other first-party insurance for the unit.

Service Provider is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, deterioration, corrosion, hidden defects, prior repairs/modifications, aftermarket failures, theft, vandalism, weather, fire, flood, acts of nature, or other loss not caused by Service Provider's legally established negligence or wrongful conduct.

Personal property and valuables must be removed before service.

PAYMENT / STORAGE
Payment is due in full upon completion. Accepted: Cash, Check, Major Credit Cards. A processing fee of up to 3% applies to eligible credit-card transactions only, subject to applicable card-network rules and law. We do not accept Paypal, Zelle, Cash App or other APP Payment applications. Returned checks incur a $50 NSF fee and must be repaid in cash within 7 calendar days.

Units left more than 7 days after notice of completion may incur storage charges of $25 per calendar day.

LIEN
Service Provider retains any possessory or common-law lien rights available under Pennsylvania law for authorized labor, parts, materials, and storage while the unit remains in its possession.

GOVERNING LAW
Pennsylvania law governs this Agreement. Venue shall be in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, to the extent enforceable.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By checking the agreement box below, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Work Authorization and Service Disclosure and electronically authorize the requested services.
