Which Golf Carts / LSV's do you service?

We service all ages and most Makes and associated Models such as EZGO, Club Car, TORO, Yamaha, EVolution, ICON, Melex, V-Cart, Navitas Chassis, Coleman/KANDI and many more.

We Specialize in Electric Carts and OEM (Li-ion) + After-market Lithium (LiFeP04) Batteries.

Do you offer in shop service or just mobile service?

We offer In-Shop service at our New Brighton location at a shop rate of $75/hr for most services.

We also offer flat rate pricing for more common services like Battery Replacements, Lithium Conversions, Lights Upgrade, DC/DC Reducer Installs, Fuse Block Install, golf cart upgrades and Motor replacements to name a few.

How much does the mobile service cost?

Rates valid as of 4/7/2024 and are subject to change.

The initial trip charge and up to 1hr of Service*, within our 40 Mile service area (See Map Below ) is:

Zone 1 (Z1): $150 + Tax

Zone 2 (Z2): $200 + Tax

Zone 3 (Z3): $250 + Tax

Zone 4 (Z4): $300 + Tax

* Service is defined as Diagnose, Evaluate, Repair, Service, Consult or a mixture thereof.

NOTE: Additional unit complaints, and subsequent Service* during the initial trip is billed at $75/hr.

If we have to order a part to complete the repair, the return trip charge will be a flat rate of $50 plus the labor and tax to install and test the component as needed.

If you are located outside our normal 40 mile service radius, you will be advised of initial travel cost increase ($3/mi) prior to scheduling the service.

Debit & Credit Card Sales: A 3% Surcharge will be applied to all Debit & Credit Card Transactions and a $50 NSF Fee will be billed for all returned checks. Debit / Credit Card Transactions will show as: "Cart and Camper Solutions, LLC."

PA Sales Tax (6%) (Allegheny County is 7% total tax)

FL Sales Tax (6%)

Payment Due In Full at completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon prior to service.

How much do golf cart inspections cost?

For an Electric Cart: Start at $175 plus travel

For Gas Carts: Start at $250 plus travel

Combined costs (Inspection Fee and Travel Fee) will be provided prior to confirming the Inspection Appointment.

NOTE: In order to provide a complete inspection, the Batteries must be at full charge and, if a Gas Cart, have enough Fuel and Oil to afford an operational movement test.

Do you perform fleet services for golf courses or other businesses?

Yes, we offer On-Site services, through our sister company NOMADICRVTECH to Golf Courses, Campgrounds, Car Dealerships, Universities, Colleges, Churches, Wedding Venues, Schools, Cemeteries, Industrial Facilities and other businesses. Please send us an email with your Fleet or Business Request and custom pricing will be provided to you. For a single service event, please complete our Service Request Form.

Will I be charged a re-diagnostics fee if the initial diagnostics did not resolve the original issue

No, if the initial diagnostics did not resolve the original issue and further diagnostics is required, the re-diagnostics fee will be waived. We understand the importance of identifying the root cause of the problem and providing an accurate solution the first time around and take great pride in doing so.

If the current issue is determined to be different than the original issue, a new Travel and Diagnostic charge will apply based on your zipcode location.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can complete our Service Request Form and select either MOBILE ONSITE or INSHOP golf cart dealer service, complete the form, be as specific as you can with regard to your issue(s) and select an open Date and Time preferred. While we do make every effort to confirm that date/time, we may have to reschedule and if so we will reach out to you within 2hrs of your submission to do so.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Cash or US Drawn Bank Checks for Service, Rentals and Sales.

We also offer a Debit / Credit Card payment option with an additional 3% surcharge.

Debit / Credit Card Transactions will show as: "Cart and Camper Solutions, LLC."

For qualified businesses, we offer a NET15 Invoiced/Credit Program for service and rentals only, inquire for additional details.

For New Cart Sales, we can refer you to financial institutions that provide Golf Cart Financing as needed.
